Most corporate team building in Gurugram happens in a banquet hall. Ours happens outside, on the actual streets of Gurugram (Gurgaon, if you're still holding out) - markets, lanes and lobbies, with ciphers hidden in signboards and people in the crowd who may or may not be in on it. Your group splits into small teams, gets a case, and has about two hours to close it.
It's one of the few fun activities for corporate teams that doesn't need anyone to be the loud one. The quiet analyst cracks the cipher, someone from sales talks a shopkeeper into a clue, and the new joiner turns out to be the only one who can read a map. Nobody is performing for HR. They're just trying to win.
